Toughest series to bet on the board imo. Also, maybe the most fun series.
So it seems like Dallas will have a considerable size advantage. I'd have to go back and look at the rebounding numbers from the season, but I think it's an irrelevant stat at this point anyways.
Lively, Gafford, Jones Jr., PJ washington, and Luka are all hitting the glass pretty hard. I wonder if Kyrie shuts down Gilgeous, or maybe another guard on OKC, and just wins the games with physicality and defense. The other feeling I get is that OKC had a long great season, and a couple guys look a bit worn down.
The Luka Doncic injury is one of those that seems to be playing through, and he looks good enough to go for me. Max Kleber injury obviously not good, but he's just one cog in their system, and now you have Hardaway coming back who I rate higher than Kleber anyways.
So I've been back and forth on the series as to who will win. I'm going to have to slightly side with the mavericks now(very low confidence).

Thunder is the most cohesive team in the nba imo. The Mavs will have their work cut out for them against a team that is top 5 in both offense and defense.

Mavs play 2 different halves - 1H luka dictates play, kyrie in support role, 2H its reversed. They tried to do it all at once it didnt work but adjusted. OKC are more consistent with their game and are hard to stop as there are virtually no blips. Things are very evened out there is no standout favourite here got a feeling foul trouble may be a problem for Chet and OKC but apart from that DAL prone to inconsistency. I want the Mavs to make it but preferrence aside the Thunder winning the series makes more sense, cant see even a single game where OKC would be kept under 100, even 110

double post, sorry, but yes kyrie and luka can explode with 40 points but counting on that happening every single time is a lot of pressure. OKC got 3-4 guys who can put up 20+ every game + a clutch sga, coach advantage also probs with okc

so they are not going anywhere if they depend on Kyrie that much
