I'd trade New Orleans Saints -3.5 up to -4.5 over the Las Vegas Raiders.
I like what I've seen from New Orleans QB Tyler Shough, who has a better adjusted EPA per play than Las Vegas QB Kirk Cousins, according to RBSDM.com.
Shough's pass catchers are ballin', featuring Saints WR Chris Olave, who was second in catches and receiving yards through the first two weeks.
Also, the Raiders are gaining an NFL-worst 2.8 yards per rush. Cousins didn't need a rushing attack in Weeks 1-2 because his opponents were terrible on offense.
But if NOLA's offense forces Las Vegas to keep scoring, the Raiders' nonexistent ground game could leave Cousins in too many obvious passing situations.

I'm using NOLA's moneyline instead of the full-game spread in my combo because I prefer to increase the win probability over the payout. If I used Saints -3.5, the combo would pay 6.83x, but the extra payout isn't enough to make me give up the protection of New Orleans winning by one to three points.
The bottom line: This total is just too low for a game between two defenses I don't think will be good this season. I'm getting a good price for the Over when it should be at least 46.5 because three of their games have combined for 41 or fewer points.

Plus, Etienne is third on the Saints in receptions. With New Orleans' other talented pass catchers commanding attention, Etienne could get favorable one-on-one matchups against Las Vegas' linebackers.
Tommy Eichenberg and Quay Walker both have failing pass coverage grades, per PFF, while Etienne's receiving grade ranks seventh out of 54 qualified running backs.
