How would you guys interpret winning the fight between rounds 10-12 to mean? I had any other result at -1050 for Hopkins winning in rounds 10-12 in a parlay. This means Hopkins would have had to knock out Jones in either round 10, 11, or 12 for this to be a loser. 5dimes graded this as a loss. I told them it was a winner since the fight went to the scorecards, but the customer service clerk says it's a loss since Hopkins won in 12 rounds. He tells me to call and talk to the guy in charge of wagering tomorrow if I still have a problem.

Hopkins to win in Round 12 means he would need to win in a round 12 KNOCKOUT, so yes you are 100% correct. I'm sure they will fix it tomorrow if you speak to a manager.
Good luck

Your bet was -1050, which means the Hopkins to win Round 10-12 prop was probably +700 or so. Would of been one hell of a +700 if that included the possibility of a Hopkins decision.
No way they can possibly take your money on this one. They will definitely fix it for you.
