Alexander Urango on HBO sat nite

Alexander big fave but Urango has good experience and has been in the ring with some good sorts.
any thoughts?

Urango has won me money before...2x to be exact [Bailey and Berto]. He's gonna do it again tonight, but by being on the losing end. Im capping the data as I type this...but Ima say early that Alexander has this.

If a southpaw is facing a soutpaw, it usually worries me. But, Devon has fought a few SP's and looked good in doing it...i.e...Chop Cop and Miguel Callist. He also has had extensive sparring with mentor Cory Spinks. So its not like he's green against SP's. Not too worried because of his extensive amateur pedigree...300-10. Urango comes like straight in which imo, is tailor made for Devon.

Urango has had problems against SP's. Arnaoutis and Nassar Athumani. Speed and movement has also given Urango problems. Hatton, Arnaoutis, Ben Rabah, as well as the bigger Berto come to mind.

Both fighters haven't fought since august of 08'. Urango tried moving up to welter, but Berto saw to that and Urango is back to 140.

Best fighters Devon has faced:
Witter
Chop Chop
Rodriguez...only reason I mention this guy is because Devon is said to not have much power, but Rodriguez went a full 10 on his feet against Mike Alvarado who is very big for his weight and heavy heavy handed...Devon stopped him in 9.

Best fighters Urango has faced:
Hatton
Berto
Bailey
Ngoudjo
Arnaoutis
Ben Rabah


Urango hase faced better opposition, obviously. Skill wise, Ima have to say only Berto is on Devons level. Hatton was good for what he was, but I rate Alexander higher than a Hatton.

O' yeah...

Alexander is with Don King and Urango is NOT. Basically, Urango needs to stop Alexander to get the W.

King isn't going to let any of his prospects falter at the big show.

Especially with Arum/Top Rank making so much noise in the last few years.

Alexander The Great scores an 8th round TKO. Looked like Urango was like a satellite that got launched into outer-space. I think Urango threw a hook or something and Devon came under with a vicious uppercut that sent Mr. Urango into orbit. Amazingly, Urango got to his feet, but Alexander put on the heat which put Urango down for a second time at which time the ref stopped it I think.

Not sure if he got up or not.

Was too busy celebrating to see what exactly happened.
