Angulo/Cintron, Urango/Berto

Question

I don&#x27;t know what else to say about this one.... this line should be in the -800 range. Cintron has no shot at beating Angulo. Berto..... speed, power in both hands - or is it? The fact that he couldn&#x27;t take out Collazo isn&#x27;t the problem. The fact the he got hit with about 1,000 clean punches is the culprit. He won&#x27;t get away with that shit against Urango. However, that speed should lead him to victory, or an early defeat. Nobody is going to mistake Urango for the second coming of a pure boxer. What he does have is the power to make you go away - and in short fashion. He still gets hit too much, and Berto could make him look bad at points. Somebody will not see the final bell. I agree Cintron is washed up, mere fact this is way above his natural weight. He will be seeing the Canvas.

Urango/Berto is an interesting fight, Berto at Times looks like a world beater, unbelievable speed, but after seeing him for a few fights I don't know what he's missing .. He has the talent to be good.. but he eats punches when he doesn't have to.

We know he has heart, has decent power good combos, what's the missing element? It seems the defense, and he has an Arturo Gatti like approach. I will box and move, when you hit me flush now we're brawling.

Don't get me wrong Arturo Gatti was a fun fighter to watch but not in the class of Berto. Just saying he reminds me of a guy like that who has a plan and as soon as he gets hit, he goes away from the game plan and brawls.

Urango is very one dimensional good chin, but usually out boxed by every Technical boxer.

MOVING up in weight for the first time, one has to wonder if he can carry his power to the next division. The mere fact his only big fight was Ricky Hatton and he was destroyed by Hatton but DID go the distance.

He's basically an ESPN Grown fighter, and usually spells DOOM for the ESPN FIGHTER.

Berto Too fast too strong- Late stoppage is likely- I like the Under 11.5.

Urango's only chance is a KO from Berto being too aggressive, but that still makes the under 11.5 even a better pick because Berto is missing some defense and loves to exchange.

I am looking forward to the CIntron -Angulo fight. I think that Cintron is still good enough to "ask some questions" of Angulo in the fight
Angulo probably breaks him down over the course of the fight but Cintron has the power to make it interesting

I&#x27;m probably a sucker, but I&#x27;m not ready to write-off Cintron yet.  Angulo has no head movement at all.  He eats punches like they&#x27;re covered in ketchup and mustard.  I know his power is not proven at 154, but I&#x27;ll still give Cintron a play here.  I think Angulo might be a little over-hyped.  Cosme Rivera has been on the downside for a while now, and Andrey Tsurkan moves around the ring like he&#x27;s dipped in cement.  I like Cintron at &#x2B;300, and I&#x27;ll wait to see what kind of line I get on ITD.

Berto&#x27;s not fond of body punches and Urango will hit him there more than he&#x27;s been hit there in his career.Still, I like Berto by decision after surviving some scary moments.  Too much of a speed advantage.I think Angulo destroys Cintron.

Urango/Berto OVER 11.5 rounds&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Good match-up of a pretty even contest. Upset a possibility but Over seems to have more VALUE.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Angulo by early, brutal, devastating K.O.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Predictions short &amp; sweet.

I&#x27;m on Berto decision and the Cintron side. I wish they would give me a Cintron decision prop. I agree that Kermit has overrated power, but he looks strong at 154 and Angulo is nothing special. I would take Sergio Martinez against Angulo, and if the Feliciano fight says something about Cintron, surely the Gutierrez, Rivera, and Tsurkan fights tell you something about Angulo. &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;I see it as a very close fight, but I&#x27;m very concerned by the looks of Angulo at the weigh in. He looks very drained and weak. I would caution anyone looking to stick out a big bet on Angulo to look at the weigh in photos.

I got down on Cintron at &#x2B;300.  I think he can stop Angulo.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;I played a parlay last week that was Antwone Smith, Juan Urango, and Joshua Clottey, which pays almost 30-1.  That will be my only action on the main event.

That will be my only action on the main event.  &#xD;&#xA;[/Quote]&#xD;&#xA;I AGREE WITH EVERYONE SAYING ANGULO IS GOING TO LOSE VERY SOON AND HE IS A TAD BIT OVERATED.....but Angulo will lose when he fights a slick boxer with pop....ala martinez but versus cintron his style fit perfect against angulo&#x27;s game plan.......&#xD;&#xA;cintron has some pop but it very telagrafic.....i think it ends in the late rounds but angulo is bound to win this one...&#xD;&#xA;i am kinda liking berto itd since i can see urango getting hit too many times....he is just way to slow for berto....doubt i bet it though

I think Cintron is faster than both of those guys, so I expect similar success.  If I lose, it doesn&#x27;t matter because I have Chagaev under 1.5 fights in 2009.

&#xD;&#xA; I love it. He takes his time to write a bunch of crap, and he&#x27;s got a creepy myspace stalker avatar- so he must be a boxing expert. The guy reads boxing forums and regurgitates the info here, its pretty obvious.&#xD;&#xA;I thought I&#x27;d be able to join this forum and show some people the error of their ways but I just gave up after a month or so. One thing I will say pay attention to Danno - very solid capper. Fullbrights is also decent. Fade pretty much everyone else. Cintron has no chance of beating Angulo....get outta here.
