I think Eric its to do with the long lay off and the controversy of how he was suspended. Previously fighters coming back from similiar style layoffs have looked less then impressive. Also Mosley gave him a serious beating, the kind of beating that can shorten careers.

The books odds are about right here. Yes Marg should win and the odds look tempting, but for me this is a no play but don't let that put you off. Might be a nice double with something

I&#x27;ve never seen someone take that much punishment in their past 2 fights (cotto/Mosley). He got hit so many times, who knows if he still has an iron chin. He was never a good boxer, he relied more on just plowing forward and taking whatever the opponent had. And what if he was using plaster the whole time?

It looks as if they have factored a hell of a lot of ring rust into this line. There is absolutely NO way that Arum allows him to Margarito to lose after supporting his cheating ass for a year. They are looking at a huge pay day against Pacman.

He will never be given the chance to fight in the U.S on a PPV.What he did he can never come back from, most he could fight is in Mexico and Texas.Manny will NOT fight him, he cannot fight someone Shane Mosley destroyed. What has happened, the line has gone from -375 to -650 on my book. Something is going down! I have never seen a line move like that, he must be a gaurentee to win this damn thing.

Which makes sense since he is fighting in Mexico and they want him to still be a draw down there. I am sure he will have plaster for this fight too.
