Margarito wins by 12 rnd decision +161 (2.5 Units)
"Mosley is mainly a counter-puncher, therefore allowing Margarito to get off first. Secondly, Mosley has a problem with taller fighters. His strategy would be to throw 1-2 combinations and tie up Margarito, not in order to hurt or KO him, but to gain points and limit the time in exchanges. Mosley would have to gain an early lead and have enough stamina to win some middle rounds and a few late rounds as well. Unfortunately, I don't see Mosley pulling this out. He has the hand speed to catch Margarito but will he be able to time him and tie him up. Just circling and moving won't do the trick, you need to distrupt Margarito's momentum by tying him up, then resetting, or using a big jab like Paul Williams which Mosley doesn't have. Margarito's punch output is going to exceed Mosley's, so Mosley will also have to be much more accurate and conserve energy. This won't be like fighting an unconventional unskilled Mayorga. Even though he did fight well against Cotto, I think he performed at his optimal level and his style was suited better for Cotto. Although Cotto and Margarito are both forward fighters, Margarito is always moving forward. Instead of taking Margarito -420, I think taking Margarito +161 to win a 12 round decision is a better value."
