yes but only b'c he isn't even in the top 1000 talent wise but he's got heart and tries to bring an entertaining style but he is a push puncher w/ little chance of ever being a true champion

He is certainly in the top 1000.  His ridiculous boxing skills alone make him a world-class fighter.  His lack of power is a detriment, but it hasn't stopped him from beating some good fighters.

I love Paulie to upst Khan here.  And I am not a fan of his.

Not making a pick yet but Paulie is a very good fighter.

He makes up for lack of a punch with great boxing skills.

He has fought some of the best and while he didn't win all of them he did compete fairly well.

Paulie can box and slug given his opponent, granted his part of the slugging doesn't hurt many people. Boxing is scored on points and clean effective shots.

Anything other than a jab is considered a power shot even if we don't see it as a power shot.

He is in the top 1000 I was going over the top but his lack of power is such a shocking disappointment He couldn't ko a mouse and opponents can sit down on their punches and eventually get the stop

 

I love his style but he's substaince is pure shit and he shouldn't even be able to fight anyone in the top tier b'c he has no chance in the world of beating any of them

man after watching the Kahn fight again this guy is horrid and I can't believe that his defensive skills sucked balls

 

He was not top 1000 in that fight and after the ref stops the fight you can see that he's embarrassed and IMO knows he'll never be top class material ever.....

He got beat up...
