Crawford last fight was in August 2017 third round destruction of Julius Indongo. Horn completed his controversial bout with a win over Manny Pacquiao in December 2017. Both layoffs have given plenty of time to shape their offense and defense specifically for this fight towards each other. Crawford is rated the best pound for pound fighter joining the ranks of the best 5 fighters in the world. Horn has given a sore reputation from the Pacquiao fight, so we need to be careful on what he will bring to the ring tonight. Crawford destroyed the division he was previously in and with two exclamation marks to it. He is a huge favorite because of this. 

Horn has a very unorthodox fighting behavior and will turn this fight into a brawl to use this particular skill against Crawford. Crawfords defense will be tested and I see Crawford taking more steps backwards in the beginning rounds to figure out Horns awkwardness on offense. With this being said, Crawford will start his engines in the third round. Freddie Roach stated in his interview that Horn will only last one round. I think this is an inaccurate statement and he is underestimating Horn because he still feels the upset on his boxer. Crawford will start to move forward against his opponet slowly but surely with each given round. From the third round onwards the fighting can linger a few more rounds less aggressive once Horn feels the tide is turning against his favor. That brings us to round 5 and 6. Things will start to heat up for Crawford. The pounding will happen in round 6 to soften up Horns endurance and chin. The sweet spot is round 7 and 8 for me. I am predicting a KO in 8.
