I "heard" they're setting Dallas Jr. up for a title shot and people know Lopez for his war with Marvin Cordova that was shown on ESPN 2 on the night Arreola couldn't finish some bum ( I was at the fight).
No value in taking the Under -5.5 Round prop in the Arreola fight after his last performance. Then again, these mid-westerners have been known to take the big $15k paydays for national TV exposure and to only go back to fighting bums back home
Any thought/input appreciated fellas and good luck all the action

I liked the way Dallas looked fighting Lane. I was picking Lane back then as I had seen him train but Dallas' IQ was too good. Josesito's only chance is to make it a war. I'm big on Dallas. That line movement your'e talking about was because of me.
I don't mind laying the chalk on Arreola. He has a good chin and decent skills plus he's training seriously. Under/over is too tricky but I assure a KO win.

How is it a piss poor matchup? Lopez isnt world class. You cant fight bums forever. If you wanna approach world class if you have to be able to beat gatekeeper types like Lopez. Dallas Jr. is just another moderately skilled fighter that will spend a career on the fringes of contender status.

You are underestimating Lopez's ability. He might not ever be a champion, but he'll make a legitimate push at some point. He turned pro at 18, lost his 3rd fight (a 4 rounder) and has two highly debatable losses on his record. What makes you think he sucks?
He is far from a gatekeeper at this point in his career. Is he a world beater? Probably not. However, he can beat anyone that isn't on the top of their game on any given night.
Dalllas Jr has the tools necessary to make a run at some point in his career. He'll get served up some soft fighters moving forward, but he'll be able to put this fight behind him and show some growth over the next couple of years.
