Talks about cleaning the sport but he doesn't ask for the "Olympic Style Testing" with Shane Mosley ?!?!?! Pacquiao wanted this fight but it was clearly to see that Mayweather didn't want any part of him , looking for excuses after excuses. Not to get all into it but Pacquiao doesn't turn down any fights unlike Mayweather.. Can someone please tell me who did Mayweather really beat ???

Dear god its not about Manny taking a drug/blood test. People are so ignorant to this topic...Manny feels weakened when he gives blood, I know how he feels as I feel the same way and I am f cuked for days afterwards. This cannot be good for prepartion for this fight.
Manny offered 24 days and straight after the fight! That is MORE then enough. Floyd is not god. He doesnt have the right to change the rules to suit himself! Don't people see that Floyd does NOT WANT THIS FIGHT! The drugs testing is such an obvious cover up. Sad thing is people who clearly know little about boxing are buying the bullsh!t Mayweather is selling.

Lets get a few facts straight. Show me a quote where Manny says he is scared of needles? There is none. Just a common misunderstanding from people that haven't thoroughly reviewed the issue at hand. The facts are Pacman isnt scared of needles, its after they draw blood, His arm stiffs up for a few days and gives him problems. He also feels weak for 2-3 days after giving blood (I feel the same way myself, although as McNulty pointed out I aint Pacman (: sadly). There is no reason whatsoever to doubt that this is the truth.
Pacquiao is not rejecting the idea of blood testing per se. What he does not want is the randomness of the sample if it is close enough to the fight night. Of course if its random, nobody knows when it will be taken. Thus the possibility of it being taken very close to fight night is a very real possibility. Only the agency knows when it will be taken. And for purposes of veracity, since GBP has special ties with the agency they are recommending, Manny would have to spill out double the amount of blood, the other half of which will have to be taken to another agency to confirm or negate a questionable conclusion of GBP’s recommended agency. That is an assurance they have to make since the results can be tampered and substitution can be made with the reputation of GBP and Floyd Mayweather. If Manny does that obviously it would have a weakening effect in his preparation.
To set the record straight, MANNY DID NOT SAY NO TO BLOOD TESTS. “Arum said frequent urine testing is sufficient in the final 30 days to prevent either fighter from using performance-enhancing drugs.
