He's been getting in tough lately, getting good experience. I think the Kid Chocolate fight boosted his confidence cause he thought he actually had a chance to win that fight. Self-belief is a huge factor in boxing. He could be due for a big win, and besides, I'm not sure who Charlo has fought anyways. Though to his credit he does look physically gifted. Whatever. Rosado by TKO. Flyer.

I really like Rosado, for both his honest efforts inside and outside the ring. However, he just can't get "over the hump" so to speak. Also, it appears he had a few hurdles training for this fight - "It was 90 degrees in Puerto Rico, but I am used to this weather. I left Philly a few weeks ago during a blizzard because it was interfering with my training. I couldn't put my roadwork in so I went to Puerto Rico for the last couple weeks of camp."
You're correct about Charlo, we don't know what he is made of if he gets drug into a dogfight with a scrappy guy like Rosado. I just don't know if this fight ever develops into that style. Gabe can box a bit when necessary, but I see him losing large portions of rounds in the center of the ring. He'll need to stop him, at least I think so.
Classic scenario of a crossroads fight with one guy looking to establish himself and another trying to salvage his career and remain a contender. Interesting fight, good luck Larry.

Thanks all, Rosado at least will be getting paid as he has earned journeyman/steppingstone status and will be getting many offers for decent paydays...
