Believe it or not if it wasn't for the media back lash of fighting an old guy they would DO IT.
Media and Public would have a field day on that one lol. Personally Evander looked just as good as Haye did against Valuev and got robbed.
The good thing for Evander is as long as he fights true heavy weights he can make a pay check.
James Toney type fighters who move up pose the most threat, because they can out punch Evander and last 12 doing that where the actual real heavy weights cannot.. and Evander can take a breather.
I just hope Evander stays safe he was truly a gift to boxing, he ducked and gave everything in the ring, besides his age Evander is still better than Tony Tompson and Arreola and all the other bums these guys fight.. at least Evander will TRY.
Sad day in boxing when a guy approaching 50 is still in the running for a title shot (possibly).
