I don't understand the purpose of this Fight

Not a huge boxing fan but I don't understand why anyone would pay 60 dollars to watch a main event where the underdog has absolutely no chance of winning.

Am I wrong?

first ppv fight ive bought in over 10 yrs, and i am a huge fight fan

"no chance" statement means you do not watch boxing

cotto had a chance all night to win

i got to see 3 shoe in hall of famers in cotto, mosley, money may
and got to see canelo a rising up and comer

you are so wrong you have no idea

it was the best fight ANYONE HAS EVER GIVEN mayweather

i am a genius for selecting this fight as my first PPV purchase in 10+ yrs

mosley and canelo on the undercard was a semi main event

this was a great great great purchase for a boxing aficionado and diehard fan

if you cant afford 60 bucks in the comfort of your own living room, where you can actually hear the announcers and not listen to a bunch of drunk dumbasses around you,

then you need to get a good job and be able to afford the finer things in life

i make 140K a year in medical industry sales

i am worth it

get a real job, then you can get a real life, then you can live the high life bitches

you wana be so big financially that you dont need a loan from me? 

1) stop wagering
2) get an advanced degree in something medical related (bio, chem, etc)
3) get into any type of medical sales, (medical device, equipment, pharma)

within 5-7 years you will be clearing 140K plus

but #1, stop wagering, because it becomes too addictive and even though you might win, you'll dedicate too much time to it and you'll lose your focus on what is really important, which is to get a great job making great money and great benefits

To say Cotto never had a chance is absurd. Gloves are on, but it's still a fight - anyone can get rocked at any time. Mayweather-Mosley is proof. silakh on Friday Night Fights was winning every round and then got rocked and stopped. You've obviously never boxed competitively.

It was actually a pretty good fight. I thought Cotto had him a few times but Mayweather just showed his skill again. 

The shots of Ms. Jackson were my favorite part though.
