I like this play a lot. Lacy is probably going to be better than ever and is a huge favorite at around 5-1. This one will be a real ‘fight’ and lots of leather will be thrown and landed by two 170-pound men. I believe Manfredo will be ‘exposed’ in this fight, as he has not looked good at all lately. Sure, Calzaghe humiliated Lacy but he showed tremendous heart and courage in going the distance. He also fought bravely through a horrible injury against Tsypko and was one-handed and still got the win. He’s back to 100% now and will be looking to make a big statement in front of a worldwide audience. Jeff is the naturally bigger man and I believe Manfredo will get caught and taken out. The value on this total is very good and I would be shocked to see this one make it into the 10th round. It looks like a blowout special to me. Lots of fireworks and heavy-hitting in this one and no dancing around. Furthermore, it’s in Vegas and I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; if somebody is hurt the referee will lstep in and stop the contest rather than risk injury or possibly worse. Play: Jeff Lacy/Peter Manfredo Jr. under 9½ +1.16 Risking $500
