Fair price? It's a steal, I would make Jermine -250 easily! Froch cannot hold his hands and slap his jab the way he does otherwise he will be KO'd!

Jermaine is a great value he's hungry and is going against a guy he can easily beat. Jermaine is quicker, and stronger, and more athletic. I say this is a steal this will shoot up by fight time!

Since the price is so low bet the house on Jermaine! Which will be his best showing ever then again he's fighting Carol Froch to make him look great!

As soon as Froch figures out he can't keep Jermaine off of him, this fight is over. He'll  be in the fight until he gets clobbered, then it's nap time for the pond jumper. People keep comparing him to Calzaghe, but their talent level isn't even close. Yeah, I don't see how Taylor isn't north of -200.

    You think Taylor will be the aggressor , taking it to Froch who willl have trouble keeping Jermain off?.  Just the opposite if anything-  Taylor will box and look to counter.  Taylor will offer nothing more than Pascal did and Froch will lkely take Taylor's heart down the stretch. 

Who has Froch fought besides Pascal? Brain Magee?

JT may not destroy Froch, but I see a UD or possible split for the slight favorite

Pascal... umm... Pascal.... ummm.... that is the resume. He is solid regardless of the resume, but he is in for a very rude awakening. His sloppy defense is going to get his ass tagged.

How can you say Froch is the real deal, I've seen his fights, he's not an unknown even though he fought almost every fight in his hometown!

NO one outworks Jermain Taylor, Jermain is faster stronger and more athletic. Froch looks like a bad Roy Jones.
 I guess it makes sense since he says he idols Roy, there's a difference Roy in his prime was LIGHTNING QUICK, and a great athlete!
 Exactly WHAT Jermaine Taylor IS. Jermaine IS a steal here, Vegas makes the line and adjusts it on where the money goes as always.

This will Balloon up as fight time nears, Froch is not a "BUM" but he is VERY hittable, and has a lazy jab that he slaps, not going to work against Jermain Taylor.

I give Froch credit for taking a tough fight, but matchup wise he picked the wrong opponet.Jermaine is everything Froch isn't!

Remember styles make fights, and this style is VERY favorable for Jermaine at every angel speed,power,jab,athleticsim, all favor Jermaine.

I know Froch will try to jump on him but Jermaine hits harder than people think he just does 1-2 1-2 punches and doesn't go for a KO. But a wreckless Froch will be inviting that K.O by the late rounds.

I still stay lay the money with Jermaine since the line is so low, cannot see Froch winning in any way.

Oh and I'm not even a Jermaine Taylor Fan, I know good value when I see it!

Did you see him fight Cory Spinks? I saw Jermain Taylor outworked on that day.

Yes I saw that fight and he deserved to LOSE, that was a bad MATCHUP for Jermaine, as he was trying to come back from a loss from Pavlik.

Like I said Jermaine I'm not a fan of, Corey Spinks is NOT a bad fighter he's MUCH better than people give him credit for!

To me the good fighters get up for good fights, since Jermaine is not really a knockout artist and Spinks is a defensive minded south paw, the matchup was never good for him plus he looked like he didn't want to be there. Like Floyd used to be bored in his easy fights, then on his money ffights he shined because he's great.

Jermaine is no Floyd there is only one Floyd, but in boxing it's hard for a star to accept such a downfall like Jermaine did, losing to Pavlik and pretty much losing all he gained in his life for one fight.

I expect Jermaine to be a beast against a guy who has fire inside of him also, and tons of EGO, but that EGO has never been tested and he's never seen the speed and skill  of someone like Jermaine Taylor believe me.

This is not a "money fight" for Jermaine this is destory Froch and get back ontop... otherwise your career is over. Jermaine can only make decent money again by really beating down Carl froch, and that doesn't seem like a hard task.

Don't get me wrong Froch is NOT a BUM, but he slaps his jab and is easy to hit, has tons of fire inside of him but NONE of that equates to a win, makes for a spirited first 5 rounds until Jermaine breaks HIM down.

Jermaine will have BAD INTENTIONS that night especially against an outspoken EGO MANIAC like Carl Froch.

Again all credit to Froch for taking the fight, his managers should be fired after it because he will be headed back to his homeland fighting nobdies.

Froch needs a mirror of himself to make a great fight, a technician like Jermaine will just circle him and box him silly.

Spinks beat Taylor before Pavlik put him to sleep, not after. Jermain is going to be the best athlete with just about anyone he steps into the ring against. This seems to be what you are saying. These physical traits have not translated into winning convincingly in any of his most important fights (unless you consider not putting away a dead Jeff Lacy to be a significant achievement). 

I don't see any reason to make excuses for Taylor's bad nights. If you think he's doesn't train for "easy fights," then maybe you should ask yourself whether or not Taylor is taking Froch seriously. He's made public statements expressing embarrassment to be facing a Euro no one has ever seen nor heard of. He finds ways to lose, allows himself to be backed up and cornered even by men much smaller than Froch (see Winky Wright or Kasim Ouma), and drops his hands inviting huge shots to land flush. I will have to find some more Froch tapes this week, but I don't think that I ever could have supreme confidence backing Jermain Taylor in what the bookies at least are calling a pick em fight.

Actually you're correct I stand corrected he did fight Spinks before Pavlik. I don't really consider them much smaller besides SPINKS, but what you're forgetting is Ouma and Wright and Spinks were all very good BOXERS, who have a WAY of getting IN.

If any fighter on the planet invites punches it's FROCH. His hands held low slapping his jab, trying to look like his his idol Roy Jones, and he is NO ROY JONES (In Roy's prime).

When guys talk outside the ring it's all crap to sell a fight and draw people. I do agree with Jermaine though, only a small circle know of Froch happens when you fight in your own country.

 Boxing is one sport the bookmakers  cannot make a true line, like football and basketball where they make sharp lines. They adjust it according to where the money flows.

I think this will be a good fight, Jermaine's Talent versus Froch's EGO and aggressiveness!  Tired of seeing PPV's that stink when these fights promise more entertainment!
