Been having a very solid year cashing in on some nice underdogs let's see if we can keep it going. Tonight for me it comes down to the fact that I have never been a believer in Zaghe. I feel like eubanks, lacy, kessler, a bunch of part time boxers full time construction workers on route to a 45-0 record makes him a fraud in my eyes. He didn't beat Hopkins according to my scorecard and it was very obvious enzo didnt have him winning that fight either.I took alot from that fight to think that he is vulnerable in this one. The biggest thing that Joe's defense which has never really been good is virtually non-existent. Now Hopkins didnt take advantage enough because he didnt double up on his shots and did'nt put together combinations. But Jones can and will and it will be so fast Zaghe won't know what hit him.
I realize Roy is past his prime and isn't the same great we all loved in the 90's but he is still going to be the stronger, faster and more savvy fighter here. I think we will see early that Jones is not worried or scared of zaghe's punching power and let's his hands go.
Additionally zaghe's lack of power and problems with his hands the last few years have forced him to slap and pitty pat more, that won't be enough tonight. Tarver and Johnson were able to crowd Jones and had punching power to deliver that one killer blow, zaghe doesn't have that. Also Jones lost those fights when he was in a completely different mindset both mentally and physically. I think heading into this fight he's in a real good frame.
I think zaghe gets caught in the 9 or 10th round and knocked out.
