I hope and pray HBO can pull of a similiar super 6 tourney in this division. I think Pacquaio and Mayweather have one more fight after there respective bouts against Clottey and Mosley respectively. Hopefully that last fight is against each other.
The 140 division is choc full of talent but no fighter in the 140 division is a big enough name to get a super fight with Pacquaio or Mayweather. The best way to get thee name at 140 is to have a super 6 style tournament or even a possibly 8 man tournament. I was thinking 1) Khan 2) Bradley 3) Alexander 4) Ortiz/Campbell winner 5) Maidana 6) Valero 7) Kevin Mitchell/Kastidis winner 8) Mallinaggi (if his fight with Khan is close)...
I realise Mitchell and Valero would have to come up 5 pounds and that Locations are a problem with Valero but could you imagine..Group A maybe Khan, Valero, Ortiz, Alexander. Group B Bradley, Maidana, Mallinaggi, Mitchell...
One can dream..But if such a tourney was to take place the winner automatically goes into the P4P rankings
