kovalev vs pascal

Under 9.5 rounds -155

Considering only hopkins lasted passed the 8th I think this is a great bet.  

Hopkins also beat Pascal and Kovalev toyed with Hopkins.... not that the common opponents matteruch but Kovalev is real deal.

I am considering taking him -700.... 

Kovalev has proven he can go into the opponents home town and crush them.  I can't see Pascal surviving past 5 rounds.

Where did you hear that?

I liked Kovalev when this fight was announced, but if he doesn't get the KO (Pascal has never been dropped or stopped), the decision could go with the hometown fighter (wouldn't be the first time).

Pascal vs Stevenson would be huge in Canada, especially if the undisputed title is on the line.

Should be a good fight.

BreakaBookie, it's tough to lay those odds. You must be assuming a stoppage. Boxing is known for hometown decisions.
Gonna go with my old reliable......INSIDE THE DISTANCE prop.

I seen a video on another site, it was a person in a Canadian gym that said it, so you don't know if it is the truth. I remember when Chad Dawson was fighting Ward and the rumor was he was dropped in sparring (Tyson was dropped before Douglas also).

I expect this fight to go no more than 5 rounds.

As Bernard put it, Pascal is an amazing 4 round fighter.  After that he gases.

Once he feels Kovalev's power he's going to frget all about his gameplan.
