I don't normally like playing chalking plays but I like this. Both fighters could possibly be rusty as Peterson hasn't fought since December of 2011 and Holt hasn't fought in about a year.
If all things are equal, Peterson is just a step better than Holt. IMO the line would be near 500 or 600 if Peterson had not been out so long. Holt does pack a punch but I think Peterson will feed off the home crown and win a decision possibly late stoppage. I was going to play the over 9.5 rounds but you never know what's going to happen.
Whenever Holt has stepped up the competition he's lost. He took Bradley to the brink but I would say that was probably the best version of Holt that we will ever see.
Peterson has his way..he might start rusty but he will finish stronger.
