Marquez vs. Lopez

I locked in a play on Marquez plus 300 when this came out, and think there is a lot of value in this play. It is now plus 275 and I am considering adding to my play.
Honestly I am much more familiar with Rafael's skill set and view him as an elite fighter that shouldnt be that heavy a dog against anyone. Those who have more insight into Juan Ma what do you think of this fight?

Juanma will crush Marquez. Big fans of both fighters and definitely fans of both Marquez brothers. Rafael has been in too many wars, especially the ones with Vazquez. 35 is old for non-genetic freaks.


I think this is going to be a lopsided affair and Juanma will stay undefeated. Not trying to rain on your parade, but this a case of out with the old in with the new and Juanma is legit.


Do NOT add to this play. Its a mistake imo.

thanks mcnulty. Was looking for some honest feedback and although I dont post much I do value what several on here have to say. I'll just keep my original play and hope Marq can bring it. Part of my love of Marq was I had a huge play on him in his last fight vs. Israel Vasquez and tha twas just a fun one to watch.

I don't think JuanMa has faced anybody with the combination of "long-range-straight-punch technique" and power that Marquez possess. Marquez' straight right is better than JuanMa's straight left. (JuanMa is taller but reach is equal) Plus JuanMa makes more defensive mistakes and his chin is just as bad

I invision Marquez trying to keep it at long range and doing well early, but Marquez' chin will eventually be his downfall. If Marquez doesn't KO JuanMa within 5 he has no chance.

I try not to be a chalk-eater, but I don't see anyway this fight reaches the final bell (-340).  I think it's impossible.  I was going to unload on JuanMa ITD, but I don't think it's impossible for Marquez to KO him.  It's unlikely, but not impossible, in my opinion.
