Mathysse v Provodnikov odds ??

By the public perception I've seen online, it would have to be at least -300, but maybe -500 Matthysse. The majority think it is an easy fight for Lucas, but it is a 50-50 fight, I will play Provodnikov +200 or better.

Who do you like?

Tough call bit I'd take Provodnikov at +200 or better for a very small play maybe just a leisure bet for fun

i think the better fight to bet on april 18 is fonfara over chavez

how is julio, whose never done anything at 168 let alone 175,  a -500 over andrezy?

Didn't see those odds, but Fonfara is game, 50-50 fight, Chavez hasn't beat anyone, plus his own dad didn't want him to take this fight. Should be a good fight, will lay some on Fonfara at + money, also the under.

colonna and fonfara both wanted chavez

i really dont understand the line. even with the possibility of a vera type robbery i see julio as even money at best

a very flawed system betting on a guy in the hopes of the other fighter getting robbed

thats the third reason im betting on matthysse(gbp fighter) against provo.  the first being straighter and harder punches and the second being provos bad skin

i have no idea why someone would lay -300 on a guy who has only ventured twice above mw, with both those fights being against a journeyman 160, and with fonfara having proven punch resistance, good skin and proven power at 175

That is part of the reason I like him, the biggest problem with Provodnikov is that he is very predictable, he only knows one way to fight, so if plan A doesn't work, he loses. I always thought Lucas was a good fighter, he only has lost to boxers. I expect Lucas to box, if they just bang, Provodnikov wins, he is built for war.

This fight could be a classic, best action fight on paper in a while, 2 bangers, both have great chins and never been stopped. Thank you HBO.

you can make a case that mattysse didnt even lose to both zab and alexander. 

lucas out threw and out landed them with both suffering knockdowns and out landed them in power punches as well. 

accuracy was about even

imo, one of the biggest problems with provo is his unfortunate skin. he suffered damage against herrera, bradley and alvarado

Both close, hometown decisions. What I meant was the only people who didn't get put to sleep were boxers (which Provodnikov isn't). Provodnikov himself has only lost close decisions (twice to boxers that he probably beat how ironic).

This fight could go either way, that makes it more exciting going into, most fights are mismatches, but this fight has the looks of Gatti- Ward on paper. Great matchmaking, it could be a trilogy.
