This looks a very obvious play. Every man and his dog will be on it....I just can't see any other outcome. Only way it doesnt come to pass is if Mosley has aged with all the inactivity and being 38. If Floyd dominated, Mosley could easily be pulled around 11 or 12. Thats my only fear. I don't think Shane can win..

This seems like the only good play .. unless someone wants to lay -310 -350 for a fight that will have the same outcome.

Shane has never been stopped, even a guy who had his number Vernon Forrest who actually had him down he got up and lasted, rematch he didn't get dropped at all.

Vernon (R.I.P) was a full fledged Welterweight, and the only man to ever drop Mosley.

Mosley will never quit or allowed it to be stopped regardless of his age. Chin is the last to go.

Mack  I get what your saying .. the fight could be stopped if Shane gets too much of a beating and gets old too quickly.. in the ring... well that's why it's betting :-)

I'd rather lay -155 than -350 for a fight that has a high chance at a certain outcome.

Floyd is a slow starter, Shane's long lay off... gives Floyd even a bigger advantage as it will take Mosley a few rounds to get the rust off.. then again I see your point, what if that rust doesn't wear off he is 38.

I guess all we can hope is that Mosley's chin and Heart keep him up for 12 rounds.

Let's not forget Mosley is in this fight too, his style does make for a good fight.. so like I said I expect <-- in boxing that isn't a good word to use :) Floyd to win by 2-3 points even if the fight is close more like a 115-112 margin on all 3 cards.

Good luck to both sides let's hope we have a great fight and something GOOD to talk about after the fight..regardless of the winner.

                                       

I thought the same thing for Pbf.Hatton. Nobody thought Hatton was going to get stopped...nobody. Just like Mosley, the vast majority of those in the know did NOT think Hatton was getting knocked. I know its hard to imagine, because Hatton has been knocked around so much since then.

I agree Mcnulty that is the safest play.. (laying the chalk).

I'm waiting for 5dimes to release the points handicap for the fight.. this way a KO is a winner and a decision is a winner.. (all depends how much the point spread is).

Until I see the points handicap for the fight I won't lock in anything yet..  what do you think the handicap would be?  I'd rather lay -115 and have the options of winning by ko and or decision.

I have a feeling the point handicap is going to be way too high, but will wait and see :-).

If you have the cash lay the chalk.. this way cuts late round stoppages etc etc.. won't matter as all you need to do is win.

I Literally put the mortgage on at it and put the rest on a Floyd KO.

I remember everyone saying to me your mad. Hatton has too much pride and a granite chin (which he HAD) to be stopped by a defensive fighter.

Nutty I see your point, I really do and wouldn't try to hard to convince you otherwise (Hatton aint and never has been in Mosley's league) but I am laying the chalk bigtime with Money and putting a small saver on the KO.
