I'm am never buying another fight of Mayweather's till he fights Pacman. Everyone and their mother knows hes clearly pulling a Sugar Ray, Hagler delay to catch Manny is a weaker state. He's a politician now and you can see his devotion is now more towards his people in the Philippines. I like how the steroid testing went from 30 to 21 to 14 to 7. I love how he loses it.

Previous posts I said the same thing. Mayweather definitely has concerns with Manny's speed and power. So, basic strategy (game theory) would be to make it physically even and into a boxing match in which point the physical attributes wouldn't be as large of a factor. The best way to do this is wait a few years, and as you both age and lose speed and that hardcore 12 round non-stop work ethic, the fight comes down to the better technician and defensive fighter. The power will still be a concern, but not heavily as once you lose speed, it will be very hard to hit a true defensive boxing technician. Although Mayweather will also lose speed and reflexes, his great fundamentals and natural ring IQ would prevail. I stated years ago this fight wouldn't happen till at least 2013.

I'm not going to lie the fight not happening has been very annoying. To be fair though, Mayweather has said that all he has to do is take the test and the fight will happen. All the blame can't go on Mayweather.
And you say MAyweather is waiting for Pacquiao to slow down? If anything Pacquiao's camp has been doing that with Pacman's opponents. The last prime fighter that Pacquiao has fought was Juan Manuel Marquez. He fought Barrera and Morales on the downside of their careers. He fought Margarito after he took damage from Cotto, Mosley. HE fought Cotto after Cotto took a beating from Margarito. Fought Hatton after Mayweather beat him.
There are arguments for both sides but I believe if anyone is going to slow down first its going to be Mayweather.

Pacyaw already agreed to no cutoff OSDT. USADA will conduct the testing when he's training in the US and WADA testing when he's training in his home country the Philippines.

king-fisher: CORRECT! While the promoters and teams were meeting a supposed gag-order was in effect. Mayweather's camp said those were rumors and no meetings took place. Then a few weeks later someone from The Money Team said Manny's team broke the gag-order and couldn't be trusted. Well I guess he wasn't thinking (a Mayweather employee) because they already stated no meetings took place. Bob Arum even spoke about it.
