As I argued with other members here, it doesn't matter the value of a fighter is he has no chance of winning. Floyd is dominant in all areas (including dirty tactics) and Ortiz is also a quitter. Personally, such a blatant attempt (although failed) could have retired, seriously injured or killed Mayweather. If it is premeditated like Margarito, he should be DQ'd for life! Although it is just as dangerous, everyone is human and loses temper control, so if that is the case then heavy fines and restrictions should be in place. The problem is he stated he thought about it previously, so it wasn't an instant reaction, but a thought out plan. The difference though again is in a fight, you can lose your temper for a while and frustration makes you think in error, so again it is still a far cry for Margarito.
He can say all he wants again, as it is just promotion for another fight. He has not heart when it gets tough. Save the HBO 24/7 Hero stories for a real fighter!!! Although I stated before Berto had little punching power, he showed great heart in a fight he was greatly over powered!!!!
Also, I'm very hard on Mayweather (even though I know he has all the greatness of anyone ever), but even though he's a punk, the boy had heart! Even Mosley's corner said it pre-fight and not for promotion. They stated, at some point when Mosley tags Floyd hard (it happened 2nd round), don't expect Floyd to back down, he will come with fire. He did, in the way of technique and shutting down Mosley completely!

What are the odds of you starting the next 3 threads?  I'd say the odds are less then 2-1. I've been around awhile and you may take the top prize of the person that loves to hear their self talk. You pretty much know everything there is to know about everything. You should be a very wealthy person with all your vast knowledge of the world.

Am I hearing my texts? If so, you mean comprehension, or just tell a person that went deaf later in life that they can HEAR their thoughts and they are not deaf (by your theory you don't need visual as he can hear you!!!)? Grow-up: Several posts that have yet to release odds and detail analysis. It shows who can breakdown a fight without HBO 24/7 (LMAO), and who knows enough. Funny, I know little, but you are just born or learn to be ignorant.

ZOUK, don't worry about these 2, they really do not know shit anyways, although I sometimes feel that JERSEYBOY does know the sport, but just tries to be a prick to piss people off, as for BIG PAPA21,(are you reading big papa21) remember, I will send you a copy, box. as I am in the process of being published as I write this.    as for you ZOUK, I am still not sure if you are a copy and paste guy?  but I respect what you do on this site, (keeping it alive,for the most part)  if your not a copy and paste guy than you have my respect 100 percent, if you are, than go fuck yourself, only you know the truth,  either way I read what you write,(and what you do here is good, so keep it up) I also have some interesting thread topics about the history of the sport that I will post once I have some extra time,( hopefully this weekend) that I think will make for interesting debates

I ordered the Robinson book you mentioned. It's easy to tell the clowns here, as they make a prediction without a breakdown and then punk on other posts that have no relevance. Maybe they want to build their rank system. Honestly, if you remember, I called you a copy paste guy, until you did pre-fight analysis and post fight coverage. I boxed for a long time (I started mixed martial arts at age 11, and boxing at 15 as at the time I fought on the Zen Do Kai circuit and it was easy and weak. In Martial Arts I fought for a Tae-Kwon-Do school after several tournaments (you would have 4-8 matches of 3 rounds), I was 58-0-0-2 (There were no draws)...They called me on two DQ's, but it take all 3 judges, and it was never unanimous and the fighter had the right to not fight the same opponent.
I'm not sure if I'm headed your way before LA & Vegas, or in between for poker tournies, LA Poker Classic and Vegas Bellagio 5-Star 25k buy-in. I will hit Toronto first, then Montreal.
Also, what did you think about my open odds for the Alexander vs Maidana Fight ? Although in his hometown the odds should be over -150 to near -200, I really think they will keep it close (-140) but gap the coverage at 40 cent line on a hundred. Also, setting a line like that give the sportsbook a greta advantage, if you like either fighter to win, both will be near even money so you won't be laying high odds (something I'm against with so many easy underdogs). Including a high vig, they will get more action with a bad line (too low), but make up for it using 40 cents for a hundred wager.
What weight class are you currently fighting at?

since coming to this forum you have made three open fight predictions and you have lost all three.

you need to start picking winners and stop condescendingly talking down to others.

people on this forum get respect when they consistently pick more winners than losers which to this point you have failed to do.

I made a comment comparing both and the post is nearly identical but I made it 5 hours prior. Please tell me you agreed with my post and used it as I find it difficult that the post is worded differently but is identical in all the factors. As I stated, I'm not accusing but it's hard to believe 5 hours later someone posts 4 critical points and a new thread is made with the same, no more and no less.
Any reply would be appreciated?

I made a previous post, but no offense it's almost a carbon copy. I have to ask you, did you use my post and agree? or was it just a rare co-incidence that 4 basic points were the same?

I think Dawson is to young and athletic (and fundamentally good) and will be to busy for B-Hop. Similar to B-hop vs Taylor except that Dawson is a much better fighter and has good stamina, Hopkins is a pound-for-pound great and already a legend, but this fight I say Dawson wins around 8 or 9 rounds to win a decision.

I'm glad you did say in the subject that Hopkins has no chance, because that is crazy. What if you get an accidental headbutt on Dawson and he gets cut, etc... many things can go wrong. People under-estimating Hopkins is usually the downfall. Strange you didn't mention Calzaghe because I was going to but kept it brief and to the point. Calzaghe was a fast, smart and somewhat un-orthodoxed fighter that gave fighters trouble. Although it was a split-decision (early knockdown for Hopkins), I felt that although it was close that Calzaghe clearly won.
Overall: I find it very hard to believe you had the same exact points as me, no more or even different. I don't mind if someone says they agree or disagree, but copying another person's post and pawning it as your own is not cool.

Qncyk1: I guess you missed Floyd ITD vs Floyd, Ortiz +320 against Berto, Cotto beating Margarito... and so on! Qncky1 doesnt read post but says the same thing.

You always know a very insecure person: When someone posts about an upcoming fight, what the odds might open at, what they should be, how the fight will go, etc... then here it comes....
  you get the peanut gallery of kids (mostly enjoy HBO 24/7 more than the fights) that make negative comments instead of adding or posting anything significant. They usually can't because they need Max or Emmanuel do a breakdown so they reply with confidence! Keep using Avatars from girls gone wild...

you never commited to the cotto beating margarito. you said that you think that cotto wins but would wait for the weigh-ins, in which you never posted again. berto versus ortiz happened one month before you joined this forum so you again never made an open prediction. i dont know who floyd ITD versus floyd is.

since i joined this forum in august i have opely commited to pbf over ortiz, paq over marquez, diaz over penn, hendricks over fitch, gustoffson over matyushenko, under 1.5 lesnar/reem and lesnar.

so right away you are basically saying that if you were more successful in life than you would not care about what people had to say on this site and because I am looking and striving to be successful than I shouldn't care about what people think? that's idiotic,  and now that you yourself finally admitted that I am superior to you, you can run along now.   I come to this site for college football and basketball info and I have a passion for boxing, so I read and sometimes post threads,(no ones opinion will ever change my mind on who I think will win, but I am interested to see what other people think about certain fights and topics) I also never once said that I am a successful author, my book has not even been printed yet, It could flop, but for you to attack ZOUK, who really helps to keep the boxing thread alive, to me is crazy, maybe you don't like his style, so what, in the end what he does here is good and if you see the size of some of the treads that he writes it obviously shows that he has a lot of passion for the sport and that's what this site needs, people who are passionate about the best sport in the world. no one forces you to read anything.

 the robinson bio is 1 of 2 books that I read the first day that I got it, it's not great literature, but it's a great and interesting read, as for toronto , I am from around that area, it's all right, actually pretty similar to new york in a lot of ways, as for MONTREAL, it's top notch, I have never been anywhere in my life that is filled with more beautiful girls, or strip clubs for that matter(although not really my style) the restaurants are very good as well,  as for alexander vs maidana, one guy that has a lot of skill but with questionable heart, the other with great heart and not a lot of skill,  I think that devon should be able to win this one fairly easy, with his speed and athleticism as well as his jab being the big difference, maidana squares up way to much for a sharp shooter like alexander.  as for my boxing career, I am a guy who has the ability to fight in multiple weight classes much like henry armstrong did, I have a lot a physical strength, and my main sparring partners outweigh me by 40 to 55 lbs and for the most part I get the best of them and not by boxing, by standing in the pocket and using the shoulder roll defence(although that defence can be hard if you do not use the right helmet, because of the size, I use the old school everlast one, which is the smallest and lightest one that I have found)  we are looking at a friday night fights bout, when they come to montreal.this year, that is something I have been looking forward too for a very long time. I need to make my mark now as I have gotten a late start as  a pro. 1 and 0 right now with a 2 nd round ko, scored 5 knockdowns, even though the guy was a bum, it still felt great, I was waiting  years for the debut, it was a big load off.
