This shit is getting ridiculous. It seems as though Mayweather just keeps saying a bunch of shit knowing damn well that the other side wont agree. Not agreeing to do a 50/50 split is just another way for him to dodge this fight. If he really did want to make the most money out of this fight then he wouldnt ask to fight on May 5 and wait for the other venue to be built. I am filipino and a Pacman fan. However, I do believe Mayweather's defensive skills will be too much for him. Too bad he's too much of a chicken shit to take a risk of getting hurt.

Lets add the fact that Mayweather is going to jail in June. He needs this fight to happen more than Pacquiao does. Why should he get more money??

djchronicles, i have alot of respect for your honest assesment on this fight.  Being an admitted pacman fan, i respect it all the more.

I AM NOT a personal Floyd fan. But i agree with your take.  Hes my avitar because hes made me alot of money.  I truly think that its not in the best interest of those earning money in the sport to put these 2 into the ring any time soon.  Floyds defensive prowess will win him the fight, and truly dissapoint of the "anticipation" this fight will carry (when and ifever it happens).  If this fight ever happens, and I hope it does, it will be because of 3 letters (M.M.A).  That sport is steamrolling audiences, primarily due to pitting the best against the best.  If boxing uses the MMA blueprint to help rejuvinate its sport, this fight will happen, but I believe those who know better would say that fight will cause a longer term flatline for the sport due to the lack of fireworks.
