Penalosa's a +650 underdog against JuanMa Lopez, which I think is pretty ridiculous.
While it's true that Lopez has incredible power in his right hook, I'm not sure how he'd do against a fighter skilled enough to take that hook away from him. Check out his fight against Hugo Dianzo, the only guy he couldn't run over. Lopez started slowing down around the 7th and Hugo began to have success. The fight was eventually stopped due to a cut on the back of Hugo's head, but it was instructive in exposing some of Lopez' vulnerabilities.
That said, I wouldn't be shocked if JuanMa catches him with that hook and takes him out. But Gerry's one of the better body punchers in the game and I think he'll be the stronger fighter late if it goes the distance. I also look for him to circle away from Lopez' right hand all night.
Worth at least a small bet imo. If a Penalosa KO prop is something silly, I'll put a few dollars on that too.
