Please give links to his new training videos. I've seen clips of his past explosive weight training on "Golpe a Golpe". I remember being impressed with Juan and his workout as well. Hopefully we'll see some weight-training footage on the next 24/7.

In his last fight vs the Ukranian (I'm too lazy to look up his name), Marquez looked "too bulky and slow". Marquez says it was his opponent who was creatively slick and survival minded that caused him to look slow. Marquez says that because he knows Pacquiao so well, he won't look slow against him. I agree with Marquez and believe that the explosive weight training actually increases Marquez' hand speed considering that he already has the muscle memory in place for certain punches that Pacquiao is prone to.
