I really like this parlay and the odds that go with it. The biggest concern with this play is that Alexander is relatively untested. But paraphrasing Graham Houston, it's highly doubtful Alexander's team would of made this match unless they were better than fairly sure Alexander will take it...
And with Corley's recent run, to me the result seems even more sure. In other words, this is a fight made for Alexander to win.
With Chagaev having Hep C a bit back, there's a slight question, but seeing as how he canceled that fight even a bit before it was too happen, I think he knows when he's ready and when he's not. His showing against Valuev makes me believe even a mildly unhealthy Chagaev will quite easily take Skelton.

Thanks for leaving out the I told you so Fullbrights. Tears were shed I'm man enough (or not man enough?) to admit.
-$9,900 for the weekend leaving me at 19,390 with 3650 waiting on the Pats.
Well I did rag you in your other thread, but it was mainly to point out that you probably wouldn't come back on and say that you had laid even more on Karmazin after the fact like you do when a fighter wins.
Tough break. Upsets happen, you have had some close calls, but this one bit you. At least your chase worked out for you, that usually isn't the case. Did 5dimes really let you throw 15 g's down on RJ as a side to win 5? I didn't know they took that type of action.

Well, I hope this one proves to you that I'm not with the bullshit. I actually had quite a bit more than was posted on Karmazin. Ended up over 15k in total.
5dimes took to win 3k on the regular line (they may of taken more, not sure, but it was all I had left to wager) and to win 500 on the reduced juice line. Also had RJ in a couple of parlays (without Karmazin).

You must not be a regular, cause this guy has been busting my balls like he knows me..wonder if he's an alias..
This boxing forum would be crap like most of the other forums if it was clustered with threads claiming to make "15K" wagers and as FullBrights pointed out, making wagers that 5 Dimes won't take...hmmmmmm

I guess what I'm saying is.... If it's so obvious he's full of shit, why point it out? All that's doing is doubling the BS that's spewed in the thread anyway. It's pretty clear from just reading the boxing forum, that noone really takes the "15k" wagers seriously. It's not some kind of amazing discovery that needs to be brought up in every one of the guys threads.
And I'm probably more of a "regular" that what you would think. Don't let the post count fool ya. I'm probably reading this bitch more time throughout the day that what I should. I just rarely post.

You guys are too fucking much. If you really were reading my posts you'd see that Karmazin was in PARLAYS. Built up over the last couple weeks. And regardless of that, it would of been no problem to wager 15k on Karmazin alone (which I didn't) because he was at -1700 to start and finished at -2700. Fucking dimwits. 5dimes would have no problem taking 15k to win less than a fucking G.
MMA, you started this shit not me. Don't bother reading my next thread of plays...There's a copy on your sister's nightstand. Fucking cumstain.

LoL. At ease, pumpkin. I was, in some weird way defending you a little. And then you come in here and dish out the same name calling I was suggesting not be done to you. Then you go and call me a fucking dimwit. Shit like that is the reason so many people leave this fucking forum for some of the other sportsbetting forums. And, in my opinion... Those who risk 15k or so to win 1k or so (as you often do) should have their right to call anyone else a "dimwit" revoked.
End thread.

Is Graham Houston giving you a shout out in his latest "Graham Says" column? Here's the possible reference to you:
"As stock markets plummeted, so, too, did the fortunes of players last
week who thought that Roman Karmazin was the proverbial sure thing over
Alex Bunema.
Everyone seemed of like mind here: a one-sided fight, with Bunema
likely to get stopped in about six to eight rounds. Instead, Karmazin
got knocked out in the 10th when well ahead on points.
One reader took Karmazin at -1500, laying $15,000 to pick up an 'easy' $1,000. Two days later he emailed to say he was still somewhat
in shock."
