first off let me start by saying manny is one of the greatest of all times, what he has done by winning in so many different weight classes is nothing but greatness, but he should have stopped in the last weight class because i think cotto is just to big for him, and i know i said the same thing when he fought oscar but oscar is in to the promotion side of boxing anymore plus i think the mexican don king is to old, but still think something was fishy that fight unless oscar was really just to old, im not taking nothing away from manny, i just thought oscar would have gave more of a fight if he wasnt in the buisness side of boxing but hell maybe manny was just that much better than oscar, but tonight he will be running in to a much different monster, if manny wins tonight i really think you could argue he is the greatest lil man of all times, even if doesnt win he still might be, i just feel cotto can slow manny down with his power and dont forget cotto really should have 0 losses on his record because without the casted fists of margarito i know he would have won that fight, so tonight either we will find out either manny went one weight class to far or he is the G.O.A.T in the lower weight classes, but i am going to have to put my money on cotto, good luck to all im risking $500 to win $1225 plus im playing a parlay with the ufc randy couture +105, and mike swick -245 with cotto +245 again good luck to all

cotto is the first natural 147 pound fighter he will face, and i think it will show, if cotto gets his jab going against manny like he did against sugar shane it would go along way in helping him deal with the speed of manny, i really cant wait for this fight were just about 4 hours away.

Every fighter in history who kept on moving up in weight classes eventually found itself in a weight class he didn't belong in.
Look at Arguello vs. Pryor
I love Manny Pacquiao. I think he's great for boxing and he's a great great fighter. However, one must be objective and I think that Cotto is too strong, too big and hits too hard. I was watching some past fights of him on youtube today and the way he bullied some of these other welterweights is impressive.
Tonight I think he will use his jab and underrate defense and pick Pacquiao apart. Originally I was thinking a late stoppage TKO for Cotto, but the more I think about it, I don't think Manny goes more than 8 rounds with Cotto tonight.
I can't wait.

well you answered it best, juan is right a man can only climb the weight class ladder for so long before it has to stop, if im wrong tonight which i dont think i am thats why i bet $500 onit but if i am he has to stop at 147 and even if he does stop he will have to go back down before the bigger guys start to wear his body down, if he wins tonight he wins my vote for greatest lil man of all times

your kind of right....cotto was begging to end the fight after the seventh, but the doctors kept him in.
