Have you seen Tarver's last 3 fights (Balboa exclded)? The guy looks like he doesn't care about boxing. He looks like he is sleepwalking in the ring. Yeah, he was able to beat jokes like Muriqi (barely) and Santiago, but he looked far from world class.
I think he has way more natural skill and power than Woods. The question is does he even care? Because if he doesn't show up, a guy like Woods will beat him. The guy has worked very hard for this opportunity, I can't imagine he would waste it.
If Tarver wants a couple more money fights, has trained hard and shows up ready to go, I think he will win.
It really is a toss up fight, but I am leaning towards Tarver only because of what you said about it being in Florida. Woods has been stationed in the UK during his recent success. I'll believe in him when he comes to the Sunshine State and does enough to get a decision from Tarver.

I may be crazy after that Muriqi showing, but I am leaning toward Tarver also. You are correct Hak that Tarver is the one with the most talent here, but like you said; does he still want it? I think he still needs the money so my answer is yes. Also, Woods has always gotten the benefit of the doubt on the cards in the UK whenever he faced a decent light-heavy (Gonzalez and Johnson) and he won't here.
