Witherspoon/Jenkins Under 6.5 (+155) .65 units to win 1 unit
Will make a small play that this showcase fight ends real real early. Witherspoon has shown some power and I don't think he'll want this one to go into the later stages. I'm hoping this isn't another boring ESPN heavyweight fight and will take the value in an early stoppage.
I like Kid Chocolate alot but not enough to lay the huge line.

Whitfield Over hit Dawson hit Calzaghe by decision tomorrow
Joe Calzaghe by decision (-115) 2.30 units to win 2 units
The Executioner has burned me in the past, but that stops here. Calzaghe is too fast, too skilled and just throws too many punches from too many angles. The guy is a judges' wet dream. Hopkins' only hope is to make it ugly and keep it close. Even if that happens, I think Calzaghe is game enough to win. Rather, I envision Joe setting the tone early, getting confidence and cruising to a wide decision. BHop rose up against Winky, but this is another level that at 43 he can't reach. Calzaghe 9 rounds to 3.
Bell/Adamek Over 9.5 (-170) 1.7 units to win 1 unit
Yeah these guys throw bombs away but they have pretty good chins and have both been going deep against legit competition. I think Adamek controls the tempo and wins the fight but either way I say it doesnt end early.

Wins over drained, retiring light heavyweights and bloated junior middles don't impress me. I like your play, but I prefer the straight side. There's a real chance that Hopkins fouls his way out of this one.

I guess you prefer wins over contender scubs? You can't even come close to comparing resumes between these 2 fighters.

I'd argue for Calzaghe's resume all day, but you'd be correct that there's no comparison in what they've done in their last 4 fights. Bernard has done nothing, Calzaghe has beaten the consensus #2 guy at super mid, exposed Jeff Lacy, and easily beaten two guys from The Contender. B-Hop's last impressive victory for me was in 1997 when he beat Glen Johnson. He's not as good as he was 11 years ago. Thanks for bringing this line down a little for me though.

Hak: Tough break on that
Bell-Adamek over, it reads like Bell quit for no reason at all.
Absolutely, the fight was going perfectly. Bell was in absolutely no
trouble. He wasn't going to win but for a guy known for one-punch power
to quit seems almost fishy.

That early knockdown loomed right until the final score was announced
but Calzaghe definitely did enough to win. Snoozer of a fight
unfortunately as Hopkins dug deep into his bag of tricks. It was all he
could do so I can't fault him. I don't think you can argue he won six
rounds in this fight however.
