My guess is Dawson anywhere from -180 to -210
It will be much higher, -275 at least. There was never any reason to doubt Dawson going into the last fight, even less at this point.

The odds will -250 to -300 at open. All those fans who were getting small odds on Hopkins now get closer to the real odds Hopkins might retire (lol)... he's going to be 50 in a few! People were going crazy cause Hopkins was in the plus. I didn't see how that was relevant to that match-up. Sure, if all these years you took Hopkins as a dog, you would have done very well. That's an entire career. People are basing that entire history on a match that Hopkins is smaller size, not as strong, even though Dawson isn't extremely fast he pumps that jab effectively and throws angle shots. Hopkins can try to do any and every defense tactic, I feel he is just way to far behind physically. Dawson is right around 190lbs fight night and looks lean. You could tell the size differential against Hopkins was very apparent. Hopkins will be under 175lbs fight night facing a much bigger guy, younger and faster. Also, Dawson is an excellent boxer a maybe one the more talented all around fighter Hopkins has ever fought despite his own age. Dawson is the fighter I felt could beat Calzaghe as his size and reach would be an advantage as his strength would also play a big part. Hopkins wanted no part of Dawson again but now he stands ordered by CSAC to remtach. Now Chavez Jr fights Martinez.

Hopkins doesn't have a lucky shot. The first, last and only guy he ever one punched KOd was to a much smaller out-of-shape Oscar who just took a beating from Sturm. It didn't take much power to body shot a chubby mid-section Oscar. Besides for that, Bernard could hit Dawson all day and not stun him. Johnson although he is old (and his body severely has taken a toll of years from him) he still has a hard punch and Dawson beat him decisively than easily on the rematch. Even though Hopkins is a master of defense, it's hard to see him making it through the 12th without suffering swelling, cuts, or something... because he offers nothing offensively to harm Dawson and slow him down.

their is no way that bernard will just give up the belt, rather than facing dawson, this fight will deffinitley happen and I think it will be an entertaining one, I am actually looking forward to see how hopkins will take the beating that a pissed off dawson will give him. I am a big hopkins fan, but at the same time actually feel that he kind of deserves a beatdown, all his talk is starting to piss off even his biggest fans, (me included)
