I've been busy today, so I don't have a lot of time to writeup this pick, but I really like the value on both plays. Feliciano can bang, and he should be comfortable at 150 lbs. Notably, Feliciano was knocked out three times as junior welter, and I think that had a lot to do with his difficulty making weight. Tsurkan is a straight-forward fighter, which should fit Feliciano's style, as I expect both fighters to unload on each other. And Tsurkan has been cut before, so a stoppage win for Feliciano isn't out of the question. Meanwhile, if Tsurkan prevails, it very well could be a stoppage, so the under provides a bit of a value hedge. At first I thought that Tsurkan was rightfully favored, but after considering the sides some more, I believe that Feliciano's chances are to good for me to pass up this value.
