Khan got lucky with a point deduction and the ref pulling them apart for no reason.  Cortez is terrible. 

El Chino beat the dog shit out of Khan just like I told all of you.  Learn boxing before you call Maidana a guy with no skills because you couldn't be more wrong.

Dude Maidana still lost so whats your point? if the Patriots played the Saints in the Super Bowl and the Saints lost 27-24 who would you be talking about after the game? the Saints for showing competitiveness or the actual winner of the contest?

my point is guys on here claiming they know boxing and call Maidana a guy with no skills just punching power. Who was the fighter who looked like he couldn't fight on the inside?  That was Khan.  Maidana had every punch in the book with power in both hands and caught Khans punches after round 2. 

Maidana should have won that and would KO that fraud in a rematch.

Maidana has no one to blame but himself.  There were two chances for him to KO Khan, and he blew it by looking like his conditioning was an issue.  After that devastating 10th round, Maidana came out and did NOTHING in the 11th.  Khan was ready to go, but Maidana just couldn't do anything with him, eventually letting him get back in control half way through the round.

ANother hater.  Khan was literally running from round 10 and on.  Not to mention the terrible ref who would break them anytime Maidana got close.

I do agree with you that Cortez was favoring Khan most of the fight.

keep hating bro.  I know for a fact I know more boxing than the majority of these clowns on here.  I don't JUST bet on underdogs clown, I make sure I straddle bets.  In fact I won a very small amount of money because I had a hedge on Khan by decision +220...but my main bet was Maidana and the under.

What's not being acknowledged here is that Khan is not very good (At least at this point in his young career). Let's face it, Maidana (knockout artist or not) is a freaking human pinata.

On a side note, Amir's creepy mimicking of Manny was disturbing to me (in a Single White Female kind of way).

The only thing I give Amir at this point is his hand speed....it's undeniable. However, I question his power (possibly a result of no stamina), his defense, his chin, his grit, his footwork (it's terrible considering he idolizes MP and trains under Roach) and most of all, his HEART. There's certainly alot of room for improvement and I don't think he, in any way, should be regarded as "the next greatest thing".

biggest clown on covers, and with people like mack05 hanging out here, that's quite an accomplishment. you never posted that bet before the fight so just stop you idiot.

I do think if Maidana wasn't hurt with a liver shot he would have ended up stopping Khan. I think that took a lot out of him but Khan won so move on.
