Now I am a nice guy but I was not happy to see The Argos signing Tim Burke as their new defensive co-coordinator. I can't tell you how many times this guy has burned me in the past when he was head coach with Winnipeg.
More about this when I get home from work.

I was going to write up a nasty thread about Mr. Burke but I am to nice for that. I will say he is too soft for coaching. He could just never crush the other team. He would rather run the ball up the gut for no gain then run it up the gut again for lost yardage then take a knee to end the game and I lost my 2nd half play. Happened countless times over the years. That was then and this is now.
Now the Argos have a history of taking the 4th QTR off and I made bank with that knowledge last couple of years. What is going to happen this year with Mr. Burke as defensive co-ordinator. I bet ya more of the same. Heck TOR might start taking the whole 2nd half off!! The Argos are going to have to score a lot of points on offence because they will give up enough on defence. If the Argos don't get out to a fast start it is only a matter of time befor the players tune him out and why not. He is a soft coach, co-ordinator.
When I first heard about this signing I thought... What is TOR out of their minds... Then I thought... Wait a second this might just be the best signing in CFL history from a bettors point of view.
I will be looking to take advantage of this situation every single Argo game when it comes to placing my 2nd half wagers this season.
A team with a history of taking the 4th QTR off and now with the softest coach in the CFL. Nice.
I can already see him on the side lines with his arms folded starring into space and wondering why the players aren't doing what they were told to do.
Actually I am rather happy with this signing. Excellent Smithers!
Let the "MADNESS" begin!
