So that was a longer week and the Redblacks just couldn't muster up enough energy to clinch the win in Toronto. Moving on..
So Thursday's game is a very important game for both teams especially with the Bombers as the West is by far the toughest conference and one too many losses can really put you back from the rest of the conference. Alouettes somehow turned the ball over 4 times vs Ottawa and Durant threw for well over 400 yards yet they only scored 19 points and couldn't win the match. He even made 35 completions at 77% but still, nada... The line I am seeing is currently at -4.5 in favour of the Bombers. Winnipeg gave it their all the other night vs the Lions, not sure how they will go in this game but on the other hand, its hard taking the Alouettes.
Game of the week, Lions head to Edmonton. Current line is -3 in favour of Edmonton. Their D has really taken a step forward from last season. They are only allowing 226 passing yards this season. Not sure if Lulay will draw the start of if Jennings is fit. Will have to wait closer to kick-off to see who starts but nonetheless, Edmonton are title contenders this season. The Lions may want some revenge for their opening week loss in Vancouver to the Eskimos but tough job getting a win in Edmonton..
Argonauts @ Riders, current line is -2 Riders.. I doubt I will touch this game at all. Both teams cannot be trusted. Watching Ricky Ray is cringe worthy. He is just old now and not as mobile as he used to be. Both teams do love to pass the ball around and not much rushing will be going on in this game. Most likely stay away from this hot mess of a game.
Final game of Week #6 is Tiger Cats @ Stampeders. The line is a big one at -12.5. I generally don't take that much chalk in the CFL but laid -10 the other day with the Stampeders taking on the Riders. The Stampeders after this game face Toronto whilst the winless Cats go to Edmonton to face the Eskimos. Its not looking good for Collaros and his team. They are now 5-16 ATS in their last 21 games dating back to last season as well and they are up against the juggernauts of the league. The +12.5 looks tempting in this game but I never like to go against the superior teams of this league because they just get the job done well.
BOL this week everyone

Montreal Alouettes @ Winnipeg Blue Bombers: Alouettes +4
Team off a game which they turned the ball over seem to do very well in their following outing. Not to mention as the Als have the bye week next week so it would be nice for them to go into Winnipeg and give it their all. Durant threw for over 400+ yards last weekend vs the Redblacks. But the 4 team turnovers was deadly and what caused them to lose that game. Expect better ball control from them this weekend. The Bombers offense is clicking nicely no doubt, but their defense is very shady and with the Als finally hitting their stride with passing yards, I think Durant could take advantage of it. Alouettes D is good as well, which Nicholls may struggle with. Once again, grabbing this line now at +4 as the number is higher than a FG in this league.

Man, what a game. I had gone to sleep, but even watching the highlights this morning was electrifying. I have been in search of a decent CFL tout/handicapper and actually found a tip to bet the Winnipeg ML. What a lucky win. Can't wait for the guy to pound his chest and say it was never in doubt.
I will be following along here. The discussions appear to be civil and informative and a few of you guys are delivering winners.
Good luck!

Thanks Dab.. The posters in the CFL forum try to keep everything civil but there is always a few that like to come in and stir things up but we just have to ignore those kind of posters because in the end of the day, they are just low life negative trolls with nothing better to do. Thanks for the kind words mate.. I really enjoy watching this league because its an exciting game to watch.

No play for me on this Lions @ Eskimos team. I like both teams as Wally is a great coach for Lions, the defensive co-ordinator for the Eskimos spent plenty of time at the Lions so knows Lulay and the Lions very well also. Tough match-up. Lions want revenge, Eskimos's defense is solid also. Just one of those games to sit back and enjoy as a fan.
