Absolutely horrendous last week from me, 0-3 and I guess thats what happens when you trust the Riders on the road against a divisional foe and also take an under in a Bombers game. The loss in the Eskimo's game was painful as well s like that because if we dwell on them too much, they bring negativity to the mind and that is not good for future capping games.
Thursday game is a good game which I really like. Eskimos @ Redblacks. Can the Eskimos continue their unbeaten run? Redblacks need a win badly or their season isnt looking good ahead
Alouettes vs Argonauts... I don't count that Argo's game as a bad one because it was against a red hot Stamps team who can't be stopped. Alouettes off a bye week. I need to check how teams at home do after a bye week.. See what comes out of that query.
Bombers @ Cats, well the Cats are desperate and played a little better against the Eskimos but still not hitting much.. They were lucky a few times in that game to score points. Bombers, well they score when they want but they also allow points when they don't want. This game could easily hit 80+ points based on poor defense and Nicholls vs Collaros.
Lions @ Riders.. Well can the Riders turn it around this time at home against a divisional rival? Who knows. They were shut down pretty easily last week in BC but now they do play better at home in their new stadium. The line should be within a FG though seeing that the Lions were only laying -7 at home..
BOL this week everyone..

I saw that one coming. I wonder if that means Hamilton pulls off a win this week. I've felt like they're only getting that first win at home, not on the road.

You read my mind.. The only chance they have to win a game in the next 3 weeks is at home as they have 3 straight games at home now against Bombers, Redblacks and Argonauts

Made the mistake of trusting this Riders team last week but lets face it, they are still as bad as what they were last season even with a new look QB and receiving core. BC and Wally just going about their business under the radar but I think they can manage a win in this game against their divisional rivals once again. The difference between BC, Eskimos and Stampeders compared to the rest of the entire league is pretty evident as those 3 teams I have mentioned have an overall combined record this season of 17-3-1 SU and the Stampeders have that one drawn game.. Yep, the Eskimos are now 7-0, Stampeders are 5-1-1 and the Lions are 5-2. The other teams combined are 11-25 S/U and Redblacks 1 drawn. These 3 teams are just beasts and what is amazing is this, if you take out all the games which those 3 teams have played each other this season, the Eskimos are 5-0, Stamps 5-1-1 and the Lions are 5-0 S/U. So a combined record of 15-1-1 when they are playing other teams then themselves..
Too much firepower for the Riders to handle..

I see you've picked the late game. Any more this weekend?
Yeah that game is the last game and our time Monday morning buddy, most likely won't touch tomorrow's game as the Argo's are starting a new QB and the Alouettes shouldn't be laying -7 to any team right now but still, a new QB cannot be trusted until further evidence has been shown but will most likely have a play in that Bombers/Tiger-Cats game our time Sunday

Winnipeg Blue Bombers @ Hamilton Tiger-Cats: Bombers -2.5
This Bombers team can put up points and put them up quickly and they are up against the leakiest defense in the league allowing over 400 yards per game. The Cats were lucky to get the cover last weekend after that bad fumble late in the 4Q by Eskimos but now I feel as though Nicholls and the Bombers are headed in the right direction after a few close calls.

Chauster, great to see you here in buddy. Hope you are ready for a massive NBA season and keep grinding out those NBA totals.
Spottie, as always.. glad we were on the correct side tonight. The Cats are in all sorts of troubles right now.
Bombers played well, this game could have easily been 50 something to 12. The amount of times the Bombers got into the Cats 30 yard line and bomb plays was frustrating at the start of the game but they fought hard in defense to get the big win on the road and they are certainly a challenger in the West.

Thanks Bold, good start to the weekend..

yes they are but give June Jones time to sort things through. Hamilton will not be superiorthis year but they will improve.

Peg is decent but tonight doesnt count. They played a hamilton squad in transition.
As of right now Peg is a bit weak on defense. that didnt show tonight but it has and will again.

Bombers aren't up there with the likes of Stamps, Lions and Eskimos but I wish this league would just become one big league so it is actually fair with the playoff seedings. The West is so over run by great teams whilst the East is just dismal.

unbelievable buddy... Can't remember the last time I saw a QB throw 4 interceptions in less than 3Q's. Wally would be fuming about it. Maybe they should have kept Lulay at starting QB.

Riders are improving, but this was on BC. They threw this game away.
I give the Riders a lot of credit too after a 8-26 run that ended last year they are covering and the beat a top 3 soundly. Now they have to win and cover as favorites. That is another hurdle.
