Today is one of those days where the work you do and your eye test just don't match up. Whether we are prudent sports investors or action junkies, we can agree that the eye test fails us more often than not. It's why we do the real work to come to educated conclusions about who to bet.
Today we are taking SAS Roughriders +1.5 (this is my official play, more on that later). I hate the short line and went back and forth on the points or ML. We will take the points as I've noticed some of these Friday night games have a knack for coming down to the wire.
Roughriders are apart of a trend that is 194-111 since 2005, and is 4-2 this year. It's Dogs with a winning % of 57 or less, and a spread differential of 45 to 57. This game has a spread differential of 47.5 or 48 depending what line you get. The incredible part is - when the spread is +1 or +1.5 this angle is an insane 26-6!
***One of my books had SAS +3 two days ago while the rest of the market was posting +1. I bet the +3 for $1500 and have ML Montreal for $1100. Here's to hoping that Montreal wins by 1,2,3 and I win/push both bets!! Roughriders +1.5 is my official posted play.***
