WOW that line opened at CGY -3 and it is now EDM -1. I guess folks like EDM tonight. So do I. Now I suppose CGY would have the edge having already played BC and won at home by 5. The spread was 5.5 lol. lol. Jeez the books have been bang on with these early spreads.
Now EDM's coach Mass had some disciplinary issues this week. He ran that team hard the last 2 weeks and they have had enough of that and it showed this week. I believe that will benefit EDM as CGY might be happy to get out of this game with no injuries.
Looks like both teams will play their starters for the 1st qtr. Then who knows aside from the QB's. It should be a good 1st qtr. I believe CGY is 4-1 SU in preseason vs EDM.
I did not see any 2nd half lines on those earlier games but all visiting teams were down at the half and all 4 came back to out score the home team and in my opinion would have covered the 2nd half lines with the exception of maybe that HAM@OTT game using 3 as a guideline for the 2nd half's. We are going to see a lot of half point 2nd half lines this season.
Well I am making a TON of spaghetti sauce today. In honour of the new CFL season.
