Evening folks.
Alright, down to brass tacks. Tonight I will be dining on chicken shake N' bake with garlic mashed potatoes and... wait... asparagus. Damn asparagus is expensive. lol. But so good. I just had to have it tonight.
Onto tonight's game. Interesting game. Will PVI come and rear it's ugly head, after all what goes up must come down. Right. There is 1 stat that makes me nervous and it applies to EDM but other than that I seem compelled to back EDM in this spot tonight.
You see HAM has problems and they could not hide it. I believe OTT has problems but they have been able to hide it much better. Yes OTT has had injuries this year and some players are expected back, still something is wrong in OTT, at least in my opinion.
This is a perfect situation for EDM to take the night off, don't suffer any injuries and get out of Dodge. This is probably OTT's future on the line here! Any team can make the playoffs but this must be wearing OTT team players down.
Not sure how Henry Burris's visit for the first time this season back to his old team and the confusing tweet he sent out earlier in the week. His visit was probably set up by OTT brass to bring the team together... but I don;t know about that.
So here is the stat I mentioned earlier with regards to EDM.
When EDMONTON team played as a Road team - Coming off a Win over Hamilton opponent, 1-8-2 ATS and 1-10-0 SU.
But other than that, EDM has edges on OTT in every category.
EDM +2 points ATS for the full game. A always I will be looking to bet the 2nd half of this game.
