CFL Week #18

YTD: 14-13Week 18 already, this season has flown by but as usual the CFL has created some of the crazies games I have ever seen whilst watching all versions of American Football. But I guess thats why I like it so much. So as far as I know, almost all playoff spots are now taken with 3 weeks still to go..West currently sits at:Stampeders 27 pointsBombers 22 pointsEskimos 18 pointsRiders 16 pointsLions 12 points.East sits at:Redblacks 15 pointsArgonauts 14 pointsTiger Cats 8 pointsAlouettes 6 points.So the cross-over spot is the key spot that certain teams are chasing down. The Riders currently hold that right now. Stamps, Bombers and Eskimos have all clinched playoff spots as well as Ottawa and Toronto so I am expecting a few teams to start resting their QB&#x27;s like last season. The lines aren&#x27;t out yet but the Riders have a massive game this weekend vs the Stamps as they are only 4 points ahead of BC and the Lions host the Eskimos. A win for the Riders clinches a playoff spot and a loss keeps BC&#x27;s playoff hopes alive.. The Eskimos aren&#x27;t safe though in 3rd spot as they can drop down to the cross over spot if they aren&#x27;t winning games and Riders do. The East is just a mess as usual and all teams are out now apart from Redblacks and Argonauts so their motivation might not be as high as others..Going to be interesting from now until the post-season...BOL everyone.

Winnipeg Blue Bombers @ Toronto Argonauts: Bombers +1.5

Both teams have plenty to play for in this game, a win for the Bombers means they will get a home final, a win for the Argo's will get them closer to top spot in the East and first week bye. Still, i will take Nicholls and the Bombers on the road in this game as they are the best team at holding onto the ball and not turning it over.
