I got to the grocery store this morning thinking BBQ tonight, instead I bought half a turkey.  Split right down the middle.  Length wise.

Potatoes will be a game time decision.

Much like this CFL game I am still undecided, lol.

I have learn't over the years, when it comes to these half turkeys, it's better to cook them in the oven.

You can do it on a BBQ but you have to watch it like a hawk!!

Gravy is going to be a pain in the ass as usual, lol.

I figure it has to be mashed potatoes for tonight.
