Wow Winnipeg got SMOKED...did not see that coming! Vernon Adams is a man on a mission and BCs defense is the crop of the league so far.
All games moneyline:
EDMONTON Ottawa is starting Tyrie Adams who took 12 snaps last year and 17 so far this year, he is raw and inexperienced. Edmonton's QB situation is not much better, but in my opinion they have more 'serviceable' QBs then Ottawa does. Doege looked good last week but that has been his only in game action in a meaningful CFL game, Cornelius is just awful and Tre Ford has tons of potential who can run and we may see him in this game. Both teams have terrible QB situations right now until Masoli comes back, but Edmonton has the edge in the QB department. RedBlacks don't have much for WRs and their best one Shaq Evans is hurt. Edmonton has the highest paid WR Eugene Lewis who is a stud if he can get the ball (didn't practise Tuesday but should play) and Kyran Moore has his flashes of brilliance. Kevin Brown at RB is also better then what Ottawa has. Edmonton has the edge in QB, WR, RB. Ottawa has the edge on defense and special teams. Ottawa doesn't have the offense especially with Tyrie Adams to expose Edmonton's terrible defense. This is exactly the type of game Edmonton wins, on the ROAD against a team as bad as they are.
WINNIPEG Bombers got crushed last week, and this week they are going to lay an absolute beating on Montreal. I'd hate to be anyone on the Alouettes roster this week. Jeffcoat will be back for Winnipeg, and Schoen and Oliveira didn't practise Tuesday but they'll likely play just like last week. What I seen last week out of Winnipeg I haven't seen until before Collaros/O'Shea was around, they had no answers on offense and defense and looked completely defeated. Montreal is in for a beatdown.
BC BC played last Thursday and Toronto played Sunday night. That gives BC more rest/prep time for this game, while Toronto was flying home Sunday night. Although this game is played on Monday. Toronto has played Hamilton and Edmonton so far, 2 of the worst teams in the league. BC has played Calgary and demolished Winnipeg and Edmonton. Much stiffer competition. Let's see how Toronto fares against the top defense in the league. I've never seen the Collaros/O'Shea led Bombers get absolutely manhandled like they did especially at home. BC has allowed 21 points in 3 games!
Good luck!
MY POWER RANKINGS AFTER WEEK 3: 1)BC 2)Winnipeg 3)Toronto 4)Saskatchewan 5)Montreal 6)Calgary 7)Ottawa 8)Hamilton 9)Edmonton

Ottawa was off last week and Edmonton is travelling on a short week, having played Toronto last Sunday in Edmonton. The Redblacks played their last game at home against Calgary more than two weeks ago. If Ottawa can't eek out a victory in this one, it's going to be a long, long season for this club.
