CFLChef: question, how do the last 20 matchups with Sask have an effect on this game today?  Those last 20 games had different players, coaches, circumstances, etc.

Same with Trevor Harris record against Calgary....that was when he was with a completely different team, with a different system, coaches, players, etc.

Good question.

History repeats itself.  All those different players and coaches and still SSK and Trevor Harris don't fair well against CGY in this spot.

It's like The Maple Leafs.  Every time they play Florida.  They never seem to win.

Different Captains, different coaches.  Doesn't seem to matter year after year.

Imagine CGY is 10-5 SU against SSK.  The very next game you might think this time SSK is going to win.

Nope.  They lose.  Now it is 11-5 and the very next game you think OK now SSK is going to win.

Nope they lose.  Now 12-5 and on it goes.

It is not an indicator of what might happen today but if you force me to pick a winner I will look to the past to predict the future.

Its just another tool right.  I already liked CGY in this spot and then hey look at the past performances and that makes me feel better about my pick.

Judging by the line moves this week a lot of folks like CGY tonight.
