More to the Manziel trade

I was thinking this last week. I think the CFL is in shambles. Toronto and BC attendance are horrible, the on-field product has been for the most part brutal this year. Scoring is way down. The CFL only has 2 standout QB's and they are both in the province of Alberta.

I think Randy Ambrosie is behind this and he and his league can't afford to have Johnny sit on the sidelines anymore. Get him on the field and try create some excitement.

The bad thing about this is that Hamilton is stuck with Masoli. new_laughing1

CFL viewership is up. &#xA;Viewership statistics are also often misunderstood. Illegal streams have become more and more prevalent corresponding almost all NFL viewership statistic drops. &#xA;Which would explain how gambling handle can be up but viewership can be down.

ESPN has figured this out nearly by mistake. They decided to offer the CFL on ESPN &#x2B; as an afterthought and found that it outpaced all non MLB content this summer. CFL is expanding to Halifax and will likely be even bigger in the coming years.

Manziel is also being reunited with Coach Sherman, who recruited him to go to A&amp;M. Manziel redshirted his freshman year under Sherman who was replaced by Sumlin the following season. I hope the two have a good connection and Manziel sees the field soon.
