CFL, where the craziest things happen. No lead is safe in this league unless its 60-1 with about 3 mins remaining in the fourth quarter.
Been some insane QB chances along with other positional changes and coaching changes. The East looks weaker IMHO and the West looks pretty crazy. Really cannot see anyone else winning the East apart from Tiger-Cats but that doesnt mean anything because as we all know this league has so many injuries especially to the 1st pick QB's. Time and time again we have seen the best QB's go down with an injury.
Week #1 opens up with the Riders @ Tiger-Cats on Thursday.
Friday's game is Alouettes @ Eskimos and then a double header on Saturday with Redblacks @ Stampeders and then Bombers @ Lions.
The Bombers @ Lions will be a classic start, with Nichols up against Reilly in his new orange and black jersey. Good match-up that one and really looking forward to seeing that game plan the Lions come up with now Buono has left.
Alouettes and Eskimos is almost untouchable in Week #1, no idea how Harris will adapt to the Eskimos game plan but the Eskimos need wins vs the East because they will struggle against teams in the West. That was evident last season with West teams going 17-4 S/U at home against Eastern foes. Alouettes chances are when they get to play their own division which looks weak.
