I've discussed this game with some of my sports gambling buddies and everyone loves Calgary.
OK I can understand why !! The 52-5 drubbing last week. Edmonton was totally outplayed in every aspect of the game. Six turnovers don't help and the protection for Ricky Ray kept breaking down. The Eskimos couldn't wait for this game to end while Calgary was still in killer mode.
The line in Week 10 was Calgary 12.5. Home field advantage is usually between 4.5 and 7 points depending on the team and venue.
So now Calgary is laying 10.5 on the road. In reality this line is over inflated because of what happened last week. A common sports gamblers mistake is that they judges a team from the previous week. I call it short term sports gamblers memory. If i asked most guys that bet on CFL "WHAT DID EDMONTON DO IN WEEK 9 " hardly anyone would remember without looking it up. The Eskimos showed up that week and beat Saskatchewan 17-14.
Personally I'm not making a bet on this game so I don't care who wins. I'll be on the sidelines for this one, but good luck to everyone.

Its just that the Eskis are falling apart, coaching, Players, Injuries, replacements, etc. They're not even the same team that beat Sask in week 9. They're worse now, and happen to be playing a team that is 8-1 and firing on all cylinders. A complete team. Don't pass this gift up. They don't come very often.

44-Ds...It sounds like you got a lot of smart friends. I figured you would be on this. I already posted my opinion on this one. Basically I am only risking a portion of the large sums I have already made on Calgary beating Edmon in the last two recent games. I will ride Calgary over Edmon all day/every day until Edmon can prove otherwise. Even if a miracle happens and Edmon can keep it close and cover...then so be it. I am still up huge thanks to the first two games that Calgary crushed Ed. Giddy-up!
I have enjoyed your posts on WNBA and CFL in the short time I have been on Covers. Good luck this year!

That's why I can't back either side. The line is a little and maybe your right Edmonton might have just thrown in the towel.

Yeah i noticed you played it----Saw it in the CFB forum. A 10 pt teaser with this Calgary being one of the games looks like a mega lock. Problem gotta find two more.
Good luck

Yes Edmonton got throttled and turnovers helped...but Calgary was still in control of the game before the 2 turnovers & 14pts right before halftime. You simply just can't trust Ricky Ray, especially if Stamps is out.

Ya, I may just lay some coin on the -6 1st Half.
