I did some surfing looking for an update.
I have no idea what to make of this but here is what I have found.
Draftkings has an update from one of their men saying that he is likely OUT.

UPDATE: Collaros (knee) doesn't appear likely to return to action this week against the Eskimos, Drew Edwards of 3DownNation.com reports.
ANALYSIS: Collaros returned to practice over a week ago after he was taken off of the six-game injury list, but his opportunity to take the field may be delayed another week, as Jeremiah Masoli continues to take first-team reps in practice. Masoli has been hit-or-miss this season, following up impressive starts with lackluster ones the next week, leaving the door is open for Collaros to take over under center once he is fully healed. Look for an official decision regarding Hamilton's quarterbacks to be announced when the Tiger-Cats release their game-day depth chart sometime in the next couple days.
