Easiest winner ever last night with Alcorn obliterating MVSU.
Don't expect it will be quite so easy tonight. Because it rarely is.
Texas AM -8: Aggies are starting to find it with 5 wins in their last 6 (should have been 6 if not for a bizarre collapse at Texas). Just 2 wins out of first place with Auburn and Alabama facing tricky road tests tonight. Georgia is starting to stagger a bit in the face of the SEC gauntlet and now they run into some key injuries to the backcourt with Leffew and Lawrence going down. Not so sure College Station is an ideal venue to try to right the ship. 1.5 units.
Akron -15: Line dropped 2 points overnight to a more workable number. Zips have just been overwhelming their MAC opponents especially at home. Western Michigan will try and very likely fail to slow the pace and the barrage of points tonight. 1 unit.

1-1 but good to walk away plus-money though Akron leaves me wanting more. More interested in padding their stats than actually playing defence against a garbage offensive team. Oh well ... live and learn.
